The bottles you find in the supermarket will not work because the vinegar contained within THOSE bottles has been distilled. In other words, all of the healthy benefits have been removed. Therefore, it is much better if you can make it yourself. If you don’t feel that you can do it on your own, try a visit to your local health food store. The apple cider vinegar you should find there will be a deep amber color and you can clearly see the sediment at the bottom. That will work just fine.
