I’ve been drinking ACV for a year now and he only side effects I have are feeling better. I lost weight, the pain from my RA is almost abcent, my adult acne has cleared up, dandruf is gone, no more diarreha/constipation roller coaster either. I started with heinz but hated the taste and saw only a change in my gage reflex so I switched to Braggs with mother. I have 1 tbln in 8oz apple juice with breakfast and drink sweet tea the rest of the day. I make my tea with 1 lipton tea bag in a coffee pot 8-10 cups water & brew pour hot into a 1 gallon pitcher 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup ACV then ad water till full. This cuts my cravings down and I eat less carbs. Carbs are important and must be eatin every day. I seperate carbs from protiens and have noticed a huge difference in my digestion. I usually have eggs and a breakfast meat for breakfast fruit for am snack deli meat with fruit for lunch white airpopped popcorn for pm snack & salad for dinner with a roll. I eat this way 3 days a week. The other 2 days I eat small garb breakfast nuts for snack fruit for lunch yogurt for snack then chicken & green beans for dinner. The weekends are about family fun so we eat eggs 1day and cereal he next then lunch is either pizza or out to eat dinner is whatever the kids pick (they’re good kids but hey usually pick broccoli I hate broccoli) snacks are always fruit or fresh veggies and dessert is some kind of fruit baked into a dessert but treat is ice cream. I don’t feel I give up anything. If I want a cookie I eat one. But my cravings have dropped drasticly and I have way more energy since starting the ACV drink. Oh and another huge plus my monthly visitor doesn’t stay long and is very mild without cramps yes cramp free for 14 months migrane free for 10 months RA pain minimized for 10+ months and off ALL medications! Diebetes runs in my family as in everyone but me and 1 cousin. My dad started taking ACV pills and adding 1 tbln chia seeds daily and after 8 months he went from medical watch (truck driver) to clean health. Evryting unde control and with eating truck stop food every meal he has still lost weight. And yes I take 1 tbln chia seed with my ACV juice at breakfast.
