Apple Cider Vinegar Health Benefits

Apple cider vinegar has many health benefits.  You can find many uses for the vinegar such as household cleaning, outdoor use and much more, but it is the apple cider vinegar health benefits that are really wonderful.

If you drink a teaspoon of the apple cider vinegar on a daily basis mixed with 1 cup of water, it can prove to be very healthful to your health.  Taking this mixture on a daily basis has been known to improve the immune system, help the digestive tract, removes toxins from the body, help lower cholesterol levels, improve the aches and pains caused by joint stiffness and arthritis and it can also help control diabetes.  As you can see there are a lot of potential ACV cures. In fact, it has also been said to help with high blood pressure, increasing stamina, prevent urinary infections and fight off allergies.

Apple cider vinegar is also great to bathe in.  If you put about a cup to a quart in a warm bath, it will help restore the acid-alkaline balance in the body.  The bad food that we eat, the stress we feel and medications we take among other things can make our body to acidic.  When the body is acidic, yeast, bacteria, viruses and cancer will tend to thrive and wreak havoc on our bodies.

When the body is alkaline balanced the foreign bacteria, viruses, yeast and cancer can not live. Taking an apple cider vinegar bath is a great way to help keep your body healthy from the inside out.  Bathing in an apple cider vinegar bath can also help with sun burns and other skin problems as well.

There are also many health issues that apple cider vinegar can help and even cure as well.  Acne is one of them.  You can take 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water and apply it to your problem area’s and let dry for about 10 minutes then rinse it off and this will help to clear up acne.  You can also gargle with the vinegar and it will help to cure bad breath.

Body order is a problem that many people suffer from and the vinegar can help with that as well.  If you have under arm odor, you just simply wipe under your arms 2 times a day with a cotton ball or clean cotton rag dipped in the apple cider vinegar.  This will help to kill the bacteria that cause the body odor.   If you have a foot odor problem you can soak your feet in a pan full of water with a 1/3 cup of the vinegar once a week and it will help the odor significantly.

There are many health benefits to using apple cider vinegar in your daily diet and routines.  It can be a great preventive measure to use for many health issues and it has no harmful side effects like so many medicines on the market today.  It is definitely worth trying out and it is inexpensive as well.
